Temporary:

Cape Fear Staffing places employees to work on a contract or project basis. Many companies use temporary coverage for:

• High-volume orders
• Absenteeism
• Flu Season
• Special Projects
• Vacation Coverage

Temporary to Permanent:

This type of placement will begin on a contract basis with our client-employer and when the contract period ends, the client can exercise their option to hire the CFS employee. At that point, all payroll, insurance, and workers' compensation obligations become the responsibility of the client-employer.

Direct Hire:

We find candidates for permanent openings and place them directly with client-companies as their  employee.  The candidate does not spend any time on the CFS payroll as a "TEMP".
