What does our mark-up cover?

Our billing covers recruiting costs and all payroll burdens, including worker's compensation, FICA, and both federal and state unemployment insurance.

Where is the billing department?

All billing and payment transactions are handled in Fayetteville, NC.  Since we are locally owned and operated, invoices are generated in-house and payments are mailed to our Robeson Street office.  Any billing questions or invoice issues are handled immediately by people familiar with your business.

What happens if I need to talk to someone after business hours?

Our on-call staffing specialist can be reached  24 hours a day by calling our main number, 910.323.2949. In addition, a staffing specialist is in the office by 7:00am, Monday through Friday.
